The Oriental Pearl Tower in Lujiazui was a stunning sight in the morning sunlight. My family and I ascended to the observation deck, where Shanghai unfolded in crisp, golden hues—the Bund, Huangpu River, and towering skyscrapers gleamed beautifully. The glass-floored deck added a thrilling touch, making us feel like we were floating above the city. Initially scared, wifey and the kids got the hang of it after a while and enjoyed the experience. Before leaving, we admired the city below, with boats gliding along the river. It was an unforgettable family moment in Shanghai’s heart.
