How can you miss the 88th-floor observation deck of Jin Mao Tower when visiting Shanghai! Here, you can not only overlook the entire cityscape of Shanghai but also evoke many memories of working hard in Lujiazui~
🌟 Highlights to Check In
📍 Jin Mao Tower 88th Floor Observation Deck
At a height of 340 meters, the 360-degree circular viewing platform offers a full view of both sides of the Huangpu River. The best time to visit is at dusk, when you can see the Bund’s historic buildings and the Lujiazui skyline beautifully illuminated by the sunset. As a former employee of the World Financial Center, standing here fills me with deep emotions 😌
💰 Ticket Information
Adult tickets are 120 RMB, senior/student tickets are 90 RMB, and there are discounts for advance online purchases. It’s recommended to enter between 4-5 PM to enjoy both daytime and nighttime views in one visit!
⚠️ Useful Tips
1⃣️ The entrance is on B1 level; allow 20 minutes for queuing during holidays
2⃣️ Security checks are strict; lighters and similar items must be stored
3⃣️ There is a café on the 88th floor, but prices are high, so you can bring your own snacks
4⃣️ Be mindful of reflections when taking photos; wearing dark clothes makes for better shots
🚇 Transportation Guide
Take Metro Line 2 to Lujiazui Station, Exit 6, then a 5-minute walk; parking is available at the Jin Mao parking lot if driving
🍽️ Nearby Dining
Yue Zhen Xuan on the 54th floor of Jin Mao Grand Hyatt Hotel (average 300+ RMB per person)
Multiple restaurants at Super Brand Mall (recommended: Xin Rong Ji and Din Tai Fung)
