The signature dish, Peking Duck, was sliced ​​by the chef right at your table. The crispy skin and juicy meat, paired with pancakes, were delicious. The Qianlong Emperor Cabbage Cold Roll, grilled abalone, French short rib consommé, and cheese-topped oysters were all luxurious and satisfying.

🏙 Atmosphere
Located in a luxury building on Shanghai's Bund, the interior was sophisticated and calming. The window seats, in particular, offered a special view of the Bund.

💁 Service
The staff were friendly and attentive. Water refills and plate changes were prompt, a fitting Michelin-starred experience.

💰 Price
At around 888 yuan for two, it's not cheap, but considering the atmosphere, service, and Michelin experience, it was well worth it.
