Fengbin and Changbin are hard to tell apart #Fenghehao English font seascape observation deck - Fengbin Township, Hualien County

This is an observation deck located along the Hualien-Taitung Coast Highway on Provincial Highway 11 in Fengbin Township, Hualien County. One side of the deck faces the vast Pacific Ocean, while the other side is the coastal mountain range. It's a popular stopover for passing tourists, offering not only stunning ocean views but also mountain vistas, offering two visual delights in one. The observation deck consists of a pavilion with a white plastic roof and white iron columns. On the side closest to the highway, there's a yellow sign reading "Fengbin" in English. This is one of those English place names I love to collect while traveling. I find them all over Taiwan, from Keelung to Pingtung. Whenever I see them, I find time to take photos, sometimes even making a special trip to take them. Since we were passing by on a whim, we pulled over to the roadside. There was a lot of traffic, so we snapped a few photos before continuing on to our next destination.
