[JE&JO] A Hidden Pasta Restaurant Discovered by Chance in Shanghai 🇨🇳🍝

I stumbled upon this pasta restaurant while walking along Shanghai's Anfu Road. I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised with my first bite.
It was a truly customizable pasta restaurant, allowing me to customize everything from the noodles to the sauce and the doneness, allowing me to enjoy my pasta to my liking.

I could choose from six different types of noodles, and I could even fine-tune the doneness, from al dente to soft.
Thanks to this, I was able to enjoy the perfect pasta that perfectly suited my taste.
The pumpkin soup was also incredibly creamy and smooth, and incredibly delicious.

It's located behind the Anfu Road Blackstone M+ Hotel, a collection of high-end fashion boutiques and restaurants, making it a great place to explore the surrounding area after a meal.
I was completely satisfied with the atmosphere, the food, and the presentation. If you're visiting Shanghai, I highly recommend stopping by!
