Dajue Jingshe, commonly known as Huajia Pavilion, is located on Dialiao Street, Yunyan District, Guiyang City, covering an area of about 5,300 square meters. It is a modern imitation antique building complex.
The entire building complex is arranged in a quadrangle layout: the main part of the complex is a 25- meter-high attic called the " Buddha Building " , which is located on the east side; opposite the Buddha Building is the Sutra Building on the west side; there is a wing room on each of the north and south sides, and the Sutra Building is connected to these two wing rooms by a curved corridor; these four buildings surround a courtyard.
The Buddhist building is a wooden attic, 25 meters high and covers an area of about 160 square meters. It has five floors. The bottom floor is square, and the second to fifth floors are octagonal. The beams, pillars, eaves, etc. of the Buddhist building are decorated with a large number of carvings: lions, dragons, birds, geometric patterns, etc.
