The Guangwu section of the Ming Great Wall is located in Shanyin County, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province. Built in the seventh year of the Hongwu reign of the Ming Dynasty (1374 AD), it is 10,000m long, 6–8m high, 5m wide at the base, and 3m wide at the top. It is one of the most complete brick-covered sections of the Ming Great Wall still standing in China, and a truly authentic ancient Great Wall.
It features the iconic "Moon Gate," the ruins of an enemy tower that has been restored using modern 3D modeling and printing technology.
