The Iruka Hotel is a bit out of the way, but it offers shuttle service to and from the Michi-no-Eki Rest Area, and is very friendly. The spacious and comfortable rooms, along with the overall bright, ocean-inspired interior and excellent communal lounge area, belie the somewhat rustic exterior. After a day exploring Shiretoko's natural beauty, this is the perfect place to recover, catch up on laundry, and enjoy a cup of coffee to recharge and recharge. There are no convenience stores nearby, so you'll need to bring your own groceries from Utoro's Seicomart or 7-Eleven or head out for a meal. Highly recommended!!!
