This summer, there's no need to travel far to Sanya, you can enjoy the blue sea and sky right here

🚗Transportation
It's quite convenient to travel from Shanghai to Shengshan Island, you can buy a combined bus and ferry ticket from Nanpu Bridge
Depart from Nanpu Bridge Long-Distance Bus Station to Shenjiawan Wharf to change boats (about 1 and a half hours), then from Shenjiawan Wharf to Gouqi Island (about 3 and a half hours)
If you're worried about getting seasick, you can buy seasickness patches in advance, and you'll arrive at your destination at around 1:10 pm

🏨Accommodation:
Since all the scenic spots I visited were on Shengshan Island, I also booked my homestay here
I stayed at the Shengsi Panghai Linfeng Cliffside Seaview Homestay, after arriving at Gouqi Island, they arranged a car to pick me up, which was very convenient
This homestay is close to the Dongya Cliff scenic spot (so close you can see it from your room), the environment is great, and the room's view is amazing

There are many big and small scenic spots here, but I personally don't like the Special Forces experience, so after some selection, I think this arrangement is quite good

👉DAY 1 Abandoned Village - Rainbow Seawall - Night Walk (Chasing Blue Tears)

After a short rest at the homestay, you can head to the Abandoned Village, which was once rated by the 'Daily Mail' as 'one of the 28 most beautiful abandoned places in the world', the scenery is like a fairy tale

After that, you can go to the town for dinner, the local driver recommended a restaurant called 'Fatty's', I think the taste is good and the price is reasonable, after dinner, you can go to the milk tea shop opposite to buy a cup of milk tea with a Shengshan cup sleeve

Then take a walk to the Rainbow Seawall, the place is quite photogenic, in front of the seawall you can capture the beautiful scenery of fishing boats and rainbows, walking on the seawall you can look out at the bridge connecting Gouqi Island with Shengshan Island

After that, you can go back to the homestay to rest for a while, and go out for a walk after dark, it's the season for blue tears now, you might be lucky enough to see the glowing sea

👉DAY 2 Dongya Cliff - Dayu Bay Beach

At Dongya Cliff, you can see the first rays of sunlight on the easternmost side of our country
The homestay butler said that the sunrise time is around 4:30 am, at 4:10 am you can look out the window to see if there is any red light, if you can see it, you can set off on foot to watch the sunrise, if not, there's no need to make a wasted trip
I didn't see it because of the fog that day, but the Dongya Cliff after the fog cleared was still very beautiful, standing on the edge of the cliff with the sea breeze and listening to the sound of the waves was really healing

After that, take a stroll around Dayu Bay Beach, there are many photo spots along the way from the homestay to the beach, after that prepare to return, there's a car to the wharf at 12:30 pm

**The transportation on the island is a bit inconvenient, you can't rent electric scooters, and there are very few bus services, I took taxis or walked the whole way, the taxis are all fixed price without a meter, generally between 30-60
