I was fortunate to have the opportunity to taste the special dishes of Pinzhen Chinese Restaurant at R&F Wanda Vista Hotel Shenyang in early winter. The hotel's Chinese restaurant's executive chef's innovations in classic Liao and Cantonese cuisine have injected new soul into the traditional menu.
The aroma of Miaojiang sour beef soup filled the entire private room. We chose the authentic hot and sour red soup from Guizhou; the hot pot is a perfect match for the sudden drop in temperature in Shenyang. The beef is firm and will not become overcooked even if it is boiled on the table for a little longer. The dipping sauce retains the local characteristics while taking into account the habits of people in the north and south, which is very thoughtful.
The crispy and fragrant shrimps have separate shrimp meat and shrimp skin. They are large in size but not dry in texture. The quality of the Bohai prawns used is also very sincere.
The service and environment are in line with the usual star standards, making it a safe choice for gatherings, meals and banquets.
