In Shenyang, there are many places to enjoy beautiful night views, but Conrad Shenyang stands out as one of the best hotels in the city—it's no exaggeration to call it Shenyang's top-tier hotel.
✅ Location:
Situated in Shenyang's CBD, occupying floors 66-88 of Shimao Shenyang Hang Lung Plaza with direct access to mall dining. The absolute height of the 88th floor paired with floor-to-ceiling windows offers panoramic city views, and parking is convenient. The elevators are fast yet comfortable. Note that taxis may require attention to the exact pickup location. While Hang Lung Plaza focuses more on dining with relatively fewer shopping options (compared to Grand Hyatt Shenyang, which has MixC mall right downstairs for better shopping and dining convenience).
🧹 Soundproofing/Cleanliness:
The rooms are overall clean and tidy, ensuring a worry-free stay.
🏘️ Room Type/Layout:
Our standard room was decently sized with a spacious bathroom. Heard the executive suite's bathtub is a great photo spot, plus it offers separate check-in—those interested should check out that round tub.
🛌 Amenities/Facilities:
The bedding is super comfortable with multiple pillow options. The 86th floor features a standard indoor pool (with lifeguard) that's very photogenic, especially when sunlight hits. The gym is spacious, clean, and rarely crowded with well-maintained equipment, plus bright and tidy shower rooms.
🍽️ Dining:
Just talking breakfast—Conrad outshines other Shenyang hotels I've stayed at (New World, Grand Hyatt, Shangri-La, and Swissôtel, formerly Kempinski, which offers great value). The breakfast spread is diverse: beyond standard 5-star offerings like pastries, cold cuts, sausage/bacon/eggs, stir-fries, and noodles, they serve specialty items like lamb offal soup, delicious stuffed pancakes, and squid-ink fried dough sticks. Note: breakfast service starts winding down at 10 AM—don’t sleep in if you want the full experience!
💗 Extra tips:
Booking an executive king or suite reportedly unlocks perks like afternoon tea, pre-dinner snacks, and free pressing—details available upon inquiry.
