I have eaten biang biang noodles in Hong Kong, which are mainly noodles wrapped in spicy oil, without any ingredients. This authentic Shaanxi version gives me a different feeling. It is not so oily, the spiciness is very low, and the ingredients are rich, such as red kidney beans, beans, green onions, mushrooms, etc. It has a good taste and texture. The flat noodles are not super chewy, but the floury aroma of handmade noodles is still there. I noticed that the presentation of the food in other branches is a little different, but this one is quite refined.

Stewed pear syrup is a must! The snow fungus is all gelatinous, like eating jelly, sweet and refreshing, good to eat in winter and summer

I ate it by myself this time, and I couldn’t eat the fresh grilled lamb skewers, I will try it next time
