Four Seasons Coconut Chicken Hotpot - Shengzhen Huangting Plaza

The restaurant specializes in coconut chicken hotpot. With young coconut as the soup base, the chicken is fresh and tender, with pieces of water chestnut meat, which is both fresh and sweet. We also ordered the beef which was tender and juicy. The waiters greeted the guests very attentively. The aunt taught us to drink enough the yummy soup before putting other meats. The younger brother reminded us to pay attention to the dry ice under the beef. The layout of the store has a Southeast Asian feel, and the place is quite large. If the restaurant is full and you cannot take a seat, there are free tea and snacks in the waiting area outside the door.
