Environment/Facilities -
The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration. The beds were very comfortable, making for a cozy and relaxing experience.
The overall stay was pleasant. The only minor issue was that the bed feet were a bit loose and made a noise when turning around.
The breakfast was very rich and delicious, but unfortunately there were not many choices. It is very convenient to the Raffles Square and subway station. The only thing is that you have to take the stairs from the subway station to the ground level.

The front desk clerk's attitude was very good and provided a warm and friendly reception. There is a small table outside the room for placing items. This thoughtful arrangement makes people feel considerate.
Additionally, they provided thoughtful touches like disposable seat cushions, dental floss, and compressed bath towels, which were excellent details. The photos of online booking are also very close to the actual situation.
