There are nine cooking methods. We wanted to eat the original flavor, so we chose roasted with garlic and steamed in a pressure cooker. Each shell is the size of a palm, and the appearance is very plump and full 😍, and it is tender and juicy 😋. The pressure cooker can indeed taste the original flavor, and the garlic will be more delicious. Each has its own merits, but I personally think that the one I had in South Australia before was tastier and cheaper 😙.

🦀Slab crab ¥536/2 catties
Fresh and vigorous, from Russia, simply steamed with garlic steamed vermicelli, the crab shell has been cut in half for easy enjoyment, the meat is tender☺️, but there is no crab 🦀 taste 🙃, instead the vermicelli absorbs the fresh juice 😂, more delicious than the crab meat.

🦐Big head prawns ¥108/1 catties
😍Personally, I think this is a must-order signature dish. The waiter recommended baking it with black pepper salt, and it was indeed excellent👍🏻. The crust is salty and fragrant, and the meat is firm and chewy🤤. Some have roe or shrimp roe, which is flavorful and fragrant. I fell in love with this cooking method once I tried it😘.

🫑Stir-fried water spinach with shredded pepper and fermented bean curd🥬 ¥32
☺️The water spinach is very tender and the fermented bean curd is also very fragrant, but a little salty😅.

🍆Eggplant with Teppanyaki Sauce ¥38
👍🏻This dish is worth recommending. The sauce is not too salty and is completely absorbed by the eggplant. There is pork in the middle, which is very delicious🤤 and 😘 has a bit of a burnt aroma.

🐷Spanish sweet and sour pork ¥68
☺️The sweet and sour pork is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, slightly sweet and sour, not bad, but the portion is not big😅.
