
Longyuwan National Forest Park is located in Luanchuan, 165 kilometers southwest of Luoyang City, Henan Province. It is the place where dragons shower. It is a gathering place of "dragon" culture. Streams, clear pools and waterfalls crisscross the area. The scenery is beautiful in all seasons. There are Black Dragon Pool, White Horse Pool, Fairy Waterfall, Rainbow Waterfall, Qinglong Waterfall; Fairy Cave, Hidden Soldier Cave, Chaste Girl Cave, Helmet Cave and other attractions.
The "Chicken Corner" in the bay is 2,219 meters above sea level. The cliffs are as sharp as a knife and shrouded in clouds and mist. Next to it is a hundred-acre thousand-year-old Taibai azalea garden. Every year from April to May, the flowers bloom in competition. The fist-sized corollas cover the mountains and fields. The scenery is spectacular and extremely beautiful.
Longyu Bay is known as a "summer resort and holiday paradise". The highest temperature in the hottest days of summer does not exceed 24℃, and the average annual temperature is 12℃. The climate is cool and it is like spring all year round. It is known as the "natural air conditioner" and is the most ideal summer resort in the Central Plains.
