A Day of Eating, Drinking, Playing, and Shopping in the North

Coincidentally, the weather is fantastic today with blue skies and white clouds. Although it's a bit hot, I decided to head north for a day. Upon arriving at the border, I saw a continuous stream of people. It seems that the hot weather doesn't deter Hong Kong people from going north to shop.

I went to Shenzhen to relax for the weekend. The prices there are relatively affordable, and there are many new attractions, making it quite appealing to Hong Kong people. This morning, I went to the optical center in Jinzhonghuan to get a pair of glasses, which only took an hour. Then, I spent the afternoon eating, drinking, and shopping at the malls connected by three metro stations (Shopping Park Station, Convention and Exhibition Center Station, and Gangxia Station) until evening before heading back home. I spent 200 yuan on food and was extremely satisfied, haha😉
