Emperor-style dining with Yunnan rice noodles

Located six stops away from Dameisha at "Haishan," there's a mall called One Sea City. I heard that on the fourth floor of this mall, there's a master of Yunnan rice noodles. So, I decided to visit "Ru Yun Chuan - Yunnan Rice Noodles" in disguise.

The restaurant itself is incredibly captivating: the central hall features an artificial mountain covered with flowing water and mist, creating a dreamy atmosphere 😍. Even before looking at the menu, the ambiance is already enticing.

The menu offers six different soup bases for the rice noodles, along with three set meals named Gold Bridge, Silver Bridge, and Copper Bridge, each paired with various meats and vegetables. I decided to try the Silver Bridge set.

The staff presented a wooden tray filled with colorful small bowls containing different ingredients. Watching them carefully place each ingredient into a large iron pot, followed by the rice noodles, was a ritualistic and soothing experience 😌.

I also tried the fresh rose pastry and rice pudding afterward. The rice pudding was not overly sweet and had a delightful rice fragrance, which is quite rare.

📍Address: One Sea City Mall, 4th Floor

💰Average cost per person: 78 RMB
