Thai Coconut Chicken Hot Pot

After visiting the Red Mountain Art Museum with friends, we stopped by the nearby Red Mountain 6979 Phase 3 and found an authentic Thai restaurant for a big meal. The winter temperature is relatively high, and each Thai dish has its own unique flavor. We decided to warm up with a heartwarming hot pot.

We started with an appetizer hot pot - [Thai Coconut Chicken Hot Pot]. The aroma of coconut was overwhelming, the broth was rich, the chicken was tender and smooth, and the coconut meat was refreshing. Every bite was very satisfying, and you could keep adding soup. Each sip warmed both the heart and body, making it a perfect winter comfort choice.

The [Lemongrass Yellow Curry Chicken] had a distinct curry aroma and a layered taste. The chicken was cooked just right, tender and flavorful, and the soft potatoes were very tasty. It must be paired with a bowl of white rice.

The [Stir-fried Water Spinach with Shrimp Paste] was very appetizing. The water spinach was stir-fried to perfection, retaining its crunchy texture.

The [Thai Spicy and Sour Chicken Feet] were increasingly appetizing with each bite. The chicken feet were crisp and flavorful, leaving a slight spiciness in the mouth after eating, making it a delicious and appetizing snack.

For drinks, we ordered the [Thai Royal Milk Tea], which had an excellent sweet and fragrant taste, with the perfect balance of milk and tea flavors. Another drink was the [Butterfly Pea Flower Lime Yuzu Soda], which was colorful and refreshing, with the sourness of lime and the fragrance of yuzu perfectly matched.
