24 km Leg-Exhausting Hiking Route: Yinhu Mountain to Tanglang Mountain

Today's route (January 16, 2025 - Sunny): Yinhu Mountain Country Park → Meilin Country Park → Tanglang Mountain Park, 24.5 km hike, 8 hours of exercise, 46,000 steps, I have to say, it was exhausting~~
I thought I could finish in 6-7 hours, but I ended up walking for 8 hours, all because of my legs~~
Although Shenzhen is not very cold, I thought the snakes would be hibernating in winter, but I still saw them wandering around. Maybe they are also "working hard"~~ Equipment: 1 bottle of electrolyte water and mineral water, band-aids, masks, power bank, sun hat, wet and dry wipes, trash bags;
Specific route:
1. Yinhu Mountain Country Park: Shenzhen Yinhu Mountain Country Trail (entrance) - Tonggu Niu - Fairy Peak Viewing Platform - Jikui Stone - Nianjing Pavilion - Huangzhu Garden - Kunpeng Trail No. 1 Bridge;
2. Meilin Country Park: Kunpeng Trail Section 8 Meilin Ecological Corridor West Checkpoint - Danao - Baimei Stone - Meilin Reservoir Greenway Graffiti Wall;
3. Tanglang Mountain Park: Chuyun Islet - Wushu Platform - Shuangfeng Jingxiu - Jimu Pavilion - Taoran Pavilion - Qingyun Platform - Tanglang Mountain Park (Longzhu Gate); The whole journey is mostly on dirt and stone roads, which can be difficult for beginners, especially on steep downhill sections, where it is easy to slip on the sand and stones! It is recommended to wear non-slip shoes and thick socks, and since it is dry and windy in winter, it is recommended to wear a mask to prevent dust. After today's hike, I came home with a face full of dust, and my shoes turned from "little white" to "little yellow"~~ Transportation:
1. Shenzhen Yinhu Mountain Country Trail (entrance): Metro Station "Nigang" Exit C, 250 m walk; Bus Stop "Nigang Village Archway", 730 m walk;
2. Tanglang Mountain Park - Longzhu Gate: Metro Station "Taoyuan Village" Exit D, 500 m walk; Bus Stop "Taoyuan Village", 520 m walk;
