Shenzhen｜Super cost-effective Souffle Pancake!

Song Xiaofu is a dessert shop that specializes in made-to-order souffle. There are only 2 branches in Shenzhen. There are not many seats at the branch in Nantou Ancient Town. It is basically full on weekend afternoons, so you may have to wait for a seat. Pistachio Souffle (¥58) The egg flavor of the souffle is quite fragrant!! (Not as good as the one in K11 in Hong Kong~) There are two pieces of souffle in total, and the size is a circle larger than that in Hong Kong. The sauce actually has no pistachio flavor. It only relies on the pistachio crumbs on the surface. It is worth praising that the pistachio crumbs are very crumbly and fragrant. It’s a bit strange that there are also exploding candies~~ Anyway, I am super satisfied with this price and quality! They have no time limit and no minimum consumption, so it’s very free~ It’s worth visiting again to try other flavors of souffle!
