The weather has been getting cooler recently, and I’ve been craving for food that can warm my body. My friend recommended Shunde Boar Tripe Chicken, saying that the taste was very authentic and the service was attentive, so I couldn't wait to try it.

Gong Xi Fa Cai Abalone Rice
As soon as the clay pot rice was served, the aroma went straight into my nose. 22 abalones are neatly placed on the rice, each one is plump and looks very solid. The abalone has a chewy texture, and the rice grains are distinct and shiny. Mix it with rice and every bite is super filling. The rice crust at the bottom is also amazing, golden and crispy, and it makes a "crunch" sound when you bite it. It tastes so delicious and full of the flavor of fireworks.
