📍"Shenzhen Wenheyou" located near Shenzhen Metro Laojie Station, opened in 2021. The original site was a 4-storey department store, which the developer rebuilt into a building focusing on catering and food. The decoration and layout are based on the theme of nostalgic urban culture of the 1980s and 1990s, and are designed as a time-travel journey.

📍Neon signs and handwritten signs can be seen everywhere, as well as graffiti, tangled wires, mottled cardboard walls, posters of Hong Kong stars from the 1990s, and magazine color pages. It was a messy yet orderly environment, a bit like the Kowloon Walled City before its demolition in 1994.

📍Wenheyou, which originated in Changsha, is a comprehensive brand of catering and cultural experience. Its biggest feature is that its design is modeled after Kowloon Walled City, and its decoration style is full of old-fashioned feelings.

📍Shenzhen Wenheyou is located in the nearby Luohu District, which is very convenient to get to. It is a new choice as a short-term tourist attraction in Shenzhen.

📍Seven signature dishes from Shenzhen time-honored brands have been added to the menu, including the braised pigeon from Guangming Guesthouse, coconut chicken soup from Runyuan Four Seasons, Aunt Lu’s abalone and chicken casserole, and Xiao Luo’s stinky tofu, etc. We hope to combine the city flavors that Shenzhen people love to create a representative Shenzhen food map.
