This hotel has such a comfortable atmosphere, I'll definitely be back!

The lobby design is simple and elegant, and the check-in process was very quick. The receptionist was super nice and proactively upgraded my room. My room was on the 28th floor with an unbeatable view! The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the entire Guangming cityscape, which was especially beautiful at night with all the glittering lights. The bedding was the standard comfortable Sheraton mattress; once I lay down, I didn't want to get up, and all my travel fatigue vanished.

The bathroom had a great dry and wet separation design, and the shower had amazing water pressure. I especially loved their toiletries, which were the Four Points signature white tea fragrance series – a fresh and delicate scent. The room also had a capsule coffee machine, and it was so blissful to have a freshly brewed cup of coffee in the morning.

The gym is open 24 hours and has all new equipment. The swimming pool is on the 5th floor; it wasn't crowded, and the water was clean. The biggest surprise was the executive lounge, which had a wide variety of afternoon tea snacks and a happy hour where you could enjoy a drink.

Breakfast was served in the restaurant on the 1st floor, with a huge selection of both Chinese and Western options. I highly recommend the freshly cooked wonton noodles and rice noodle rolls; they were very authentic. The servers were prompt in clearing plates, making for a very comfortable dining experience.

The only slight downside was the road construction near the hotel, which was a bit noisy during the day, but once the windows were closed, you couldn't hear it at all. It was very quiet at night, and the soundproofing was excellent.

Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen! I recommend booking in advance, as they often have special offers.
