Built during the Longqing reign of the Ming Dynasty ( 1567-1572 ), the rectangular building faces south and covers approximately 3,600 square meters, with no stone foundation.

Wuyun Tower, with its 590 -year history, is the oldest surviving building of the Jiang family in Gaotou Township. Despite its front wall tilting 1.5 meters inward, it has remained stable for nearly 100 years, astonishing both Chinese and international tourists and experts.
