This time I want to find a hotel located in Shenzhen.
(1) First-line sea view
(2) There is a terrace
(3) There are many restaurants nearby
(4) Budget around $1000
(5) Able to Chill read books

I didn't expect to actually find this hotel that opened in 2024~
The following is a real review on all aspects

The room type I booked this time is "Enjoy the Sea 180 Degree Supreme Balcony Sea View Queen Room"
Check in at 14:00, check out at 14:00 the next day ~ easy to stay for 24 hours 😉

"Geographical Location"
The hotel is located near Salt Marsh MTR Station (1 stop from Tai Mei Sha).
Calling a car from Lo Wu Port takes about 30-45mins/75-90RMB (depending on traffic jam).
The hotel is located in Salt Marsh Seafood Street, a few minutes walk already there are many seafood restaurants to choose from

"Room Facilities"
My favorite is the terrace location
Sit on the terrace and drink coffee while watching the sea view
The whole feeling is super empty and super chill

The room is located on the 3rd floor downstairs is the seaside walkway and driveway
Roadside car sounds can also be heard from the terrace
But considered acceptable range to night is much quieter

The interior space is plentiful and really very spacious and comfortable
The furniture is very new and clean
Especially the bathroom, which has a bathtub🛁 and a shower tub
The sunbathing in the bathtub is super powerful and comfortable!

After talking about all the advantages, let's talk about the disadvantages
First there is a KTV next to it that operates until 2am and closes.
Once in the evening it was a little noisy like I was in the hallway of the K room and it really didn't settle down until 2pm
If you stay in my room type, you can basically avoid the noise of this KTV

Secondly, the hotel has no facilities
Merely only this first line of sea view nothing special
The room does not have a refrigerator Minibar also only has 2 packs of tea bags
Complimentary afternoon tea includes 2 packs of instant coffee, cherry tomatoes and cake
The quality is not very good either

Finally, there is the issue of security
The room is located on the hotel lobby level (3rd floor).
No need to swipe your card to come up plus there is a terrace
We need to lock our doors and windows. The patio doors can also be locked🔒

Overall the room facilities and surrounding facilities are good
After all, most of Shenzhen have first-line sea view terrace rooms.
Basically, we have to go to Dapeng New District, which has inconvenient transportation
And this hotel actually has a subway station near it
If you have the same needs as me, plus people who go to bed very late
You might as well consider trying this hotel
