I tried this newly opened "Sour Soup Beef Hot Pot" during the Dragon Boat Festival. As soon as it was served, I was attracted by the golden and rich sour soup! The soup base is made with tomatoes, lemons and secret spices. It is sour and fresh. When dipped in tender beef slices, it is instantly appetizing and satisfying. The ingredients include crispy seasonal vegetables and chewy hand-made meatballs, which are even more flavorful when dipped in the special sauce. I usually worry about getting sick of hotpot in the summer, but this sour soup is refreshing and makes you want to eat it again and again. I will definitely come back for more!
