This is my second visit to the "Rouji" barbecue restaurant near Shenzhen Grand Theater Station. The must-order signature black cuttlefish sausage 😋😋😋 still did not disappoint, with crispy skin and sweet and chewy inside. This time I also tried the beef, which was tender and evenly distributed in fat. After roasting, it was rich in aroma and melted in the mouth. The beef tongue 🥩 was even more surprising, with a thick cut and a crispy and chewy texture, and paired with the store's special sauce, the flavor was even better. The overall quality of the barbecue was excellent, and the service was also very thoughtful, no wonder it became a repeat customer. I want to try other parts next time, and I look forward to coming back to feast on them! 😋😋😋
