Stop saying Shenzhen has no crystal-clear waters🌊
The newly renovated Xiaomeisha Coastal Boardwalk👈 is stunningly beautiful😍
Stroll along the cliffs with translucent glass-like waves beneath your feet
This is the closest💗 "wild romance" to the city center
📍 Xiaomeisha Coastal Boardwalk
🎫 Admission: Free
⏰ Open: 24/7
🚇 Metro: Line 8 to Xiaomeisha Station Exit C
🚗 Drive: Navigate to Xiaomeisha Ocean World (nearby parking lots under construction, limited parking on weekends/holidays)
🌟 Recommended Route:
From Xiaomeisha Station Exit C ➡️ Xiaomeisha Beach ➡️ MGM Hotel ➡️ Xiaomeisha Ocean World ➡️ Xiaomeisha Coastal Boardwalk Entrance ➡️ Wanghai Library ➡️ Beizai Corner Lighthouse ➡️ Return the same way (round trip ~6 km)
⚠️ Tips:
❶ The wooden boardwalk is smooth and easy to walk, with glass-clear ocean views throughout. Soft sand on the left, crashing waves on the right, and occasional yachts passing by—perfect ocean vibes~
❷ The only restroom along the way is at Wanghai Library, which also serves as a supply stop. Hydrate, rest, and enjoy the view all in one place.
❸ If you're energetic, continue hiking to Beizai Corner Lighthouse for wilder, less crowded scenery with rugged rocks and roaring waves. The lighthouse is a perfect photo spot.
❹ Time your return for the sunset—the orange-tinted ocean is a must-see in life~
‼️ Reminders:
✅ Wear comfortable, non-slip sports shoes
✅ Almost no shade on the boardwalk—sun protection and hydration are a must!
✅ Choose the right weather! Sunny days + high tide = bluest, most beautiful waters. Overcast days are less ideal.
✅ Start around 4 PM to catch the sunset on your way back.
