It’s not the kind of place you stroll through quietly. It pulls you in into sizzling skewers, knockoff handbags, old-school arcades, and stalls selling stinky tofu next to the latest phone cases. But in the chaos, we found flashes of something older a quiet temple courtyard tucked behind bubble tea shops, a tailor sewing in the same corner he’s worked for decades.
