Shenzhen's high-quality and cost-effective live snow crab feast "Crab Road"

The crabs are sourced from Russia, where the waters are extremely cold. The cold waters give the seafood a particularly fresh and sweet flavor. Upon entering this restaurant, you'll see a large tank filled with three nights' worth of crabs, including snow crab, king crab, and hairy crab.

The staff will scoop up the crabs freshly for you to see, and they're incredibly fresh, with claws still twitching.

A single snow crab can be used to create a variety of dishes, including snow crab leg sashimi and snow crab sabu-sabu. Each dish is a work of art. The staff will also help prepare the crab hot pot and devein the crab meat.
