This destination features pristine beaches, stunning coastlines, the Mermaid Cave, a cliffside restaurant, and the Antler Platform.
✅ Self-Drive: Navigate to Yangmeikeng Parking Lot 🅿️, then either walk, take a sightseeing car, or ride a speedboat 🚤. Walking is not recommended as it takes over an hour and is quite far.
✅ Recommendations: For a round trip, try alternating between the sightseeing car and the speedboat to experience different perspectives and scenery. Personally, I highly recommend taking the sightseeing car at least once. Sitting in the car, listening to music (you can ask the driver to play some), and enjoying the sea breeze while admiring the coastal views is simply delightful.
Speedboats are not recommended for the elderly or pregnant women.
✅ Costs:
1. Speedboat: 30 RMB/person/one-way
Sightseeing car: 13.8 RMB/person to Lu Zui Beach. After getting off, you can switch to a small sightseeing car for 5 RMB per person or walk to the mountain top ⛰️ (walking from the beach to the mountain top takes about 20-30 minutes. Walking is recommended as you can enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way).
Midway up, you’ll find a forest restaurant 🏡. Continuing upward leads to the mountain-top boardwalk, where you can see the Mermaid Cave featured in movies—a popular photo spot.
On the way down, you’ll come across the cliffside restaurant, another great spot for photos.
✅ [Tips]
1) For photography enthusiasts, besides taking pictures at the mountain top, cliffside restaurant, and beach, don’t miss the Antler Platform. It’s a unique spot for stunning photos.
2) If visiting on a holiday, it’s best to go early and leave early to avoid traffic jams. This area often gets congested.
3) Visit on a clear day for the best scenery and photos. However, rainy days also have their own charm.
4) Remember to apply sunscreen to avoid sunburn or heatstroke.
