Last week, I went to the Splendid China 2025 Summer Carnival in Shenzhen with my family.

We played from daytime until 9 PM at night and still felt like we hadn’t had enough fun! It gave me a deeper understanding of Chinese folk culture, and there were so many Instagram-worthy spots.

Grand Dai Party: Splashing Day and Night

Grand Parade Interactive Carnival
My favorite was the Dai water-splashing carnival parade, where we had summer fun under the splashes 💦. There was also the Yi Torch 🔥 Carnival Parade, showcasing fiery ethnic stunts. We enjoyed two grand parade performances in one day, partying all the way! 🎉

Spectacular Fire Show
The top-tier fire show in Pengcheng took center stage. Fire-eating, fire-spitting, fire knives, fire meteors, fire dances—various fire stunts made for an unforgettable water-and-fire fusion carnival!

"Intangible Cultural Heritage Steel Flowers/Fire Pot Stunts"
Every Saturday night at Cuihu Pier ⛵️, there are performances of intangible cultural heritage steel flowers and water-flying fire pot stunts. Known as the "pinnacle of Chinese-style romance," it’s a must-see!

The location is convenient, and I’ll definitely visit again for sightseeing and photos!
