Walking through the bustling B2 floor of the Wanxiang Foodie at Shenzhen Sungang Station, the aroma of Buge Tokyo's creamy treats guided the way like a compass. A dazzling universe of cakes lay on display within the glass cases—red velvet adorned with raspberries resembled a velvet curtain, matcha mille-feuille cakes evoked spring mountain peaks, and Mont Blanc cakes crowned with snow-white candied chestnuts resembled a miniature Mount Fuji.
The most unforgettable thing was the classic hazelnut cake. A spoon sliced through the crispy chocolate shell, revealing a cloud of airy mousse, melting on the tongue like a symphony. A smiling waitress in a white uniform handed me a blue-ribboned box, securely storing this sweet Tokyo treat.
Standing amidst the throng, holding this colorful box of happiness, I suddenly realized: the excitement of life has an expiration date. 🫶🫶🫶
