A cafe called TO BE COFFEE is attached to the inn "Ikaho Shusuien" at the edge of the hot spring town of Ikaho☕️
It happened to be near the inn where I was staying and had good reviews, so I decided to drop by, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with a great view😍⛰️
When I was guided to the cafe located at the very back of the inn, a very open and beautiful view spread out before me!! Since it is located on a hill, you can see famous mountains such as Mount Akagi from the cafe. 🔭
If you order the seasonal "Affogato Shake - Summer" menu, they will carefully make it after you order, and it was also delicious. 🩵
The rich shake is delicious on its own, but it contains mango, and the process of pouring hot coffee over it to make an affogato is fun. 😋
The coaster is also a cute handmade tile coaster, and you can enjoy the retro cuteness. 🫶🏻
The corn cheese toast is also delicious. 🍞
The owner is also very kind, and it is a cafe that you will want to visit again and again. ✨
The time flows slowly and leisurely, and it is a very hidden spot and recommended cafe. ✨
