The place I visited is Shiawase Pancake Shibuya branch!
There are several locations nationwide in Japan, including Osaka and Kyoto, not just Tokyo.
✔ Waiting time: I went around 2 PM on a weekend and waited about 30 minutes.
✔ Store atmosphere: Clean and bright interior. The seating is a bit tight, so it might be hard to stay for a long time.
