Visited Tsubaki Salon in Shibuya with my friend on a weekday, and it was such a treat! The café has a relaxed vibe, perfect for enjoying a leisurely brunch. What makes this place really stand out is the use of fresh, local ingredients from Hokkaido. We tried two of their signature pancakes: one with fresh strawberries and the other with caramelized bananas. Both were absolutely divine—fluffy, light, and perfectly balanced in flavor.
