The Guo State Museum is a thematic museum built on the site of the Guo State Cemetery from the Western Zhou Dynasty. The Guo State Cemetery is the only large-scale, well-graded, orderly arranged, and well-preserved state cemetery from the Western Zhou and Spring and Autumn Periods discovered in my country to date, covering a total area of 324,500 square meters.
On display here are the nation's earliest and largest underground chariot and horse formation, the first mausoleum of an ancient monarch, "China's First Iron Sword," the earliest and most complete jade mask of the Guo Ji clan, and a set of seven jade pendants, among other national treasures. This is the origin of the Guo surname and the site of the "Jietu Fa Guo" incident.
