Tokyo’s IKEA Ice Cream 🍦

When I first shared with my friend who’s a tour guide in Japan before covid that there’s Ikea in Tokyo, he went like: “what?”

And then I found out that IKEA only opened in the recent years between 2020-2021 onwards where they took over the vacant shops from Forever 21! But guess what? They are coming back sooooon!

It plans to open stores in shopping centers in Tokyo, Osaka and their vicinities in this coming Spring! 🤭

Not sure if any of you would be excited for it but here’s a photo of me enjoying my half eaten Plant Based Soft Ice Cream 🍦 in Pear 🍐 Flavour from IKEA Tokyo! At only 50 yen ($0.47) it’s super cheap and can I say I’m so amazed by fruit flavoured ice creams in Japan?!
