June Exclusive: Japan's Largest Hydrangea Garden

Shimoda Park is located on a small hill at the southern tip of the Izu Peninsula. The park is home to 150,000 hydrangea plants with 3 million blooms, featuring over 100 varieties, making it Japan's largest hydrangea garden. During the blooming season in June, the entire park becomes a colorful kaleidoscope. Besides the vast sea of hydrangeas, visitors can also enjoy views of the Izu coastline.

Transportation: Take the "Limited Express Odoriko" from Tokyo directly to "Shimoda Station," which takes about 2.5 hours. From Shimoda Station, transfer to the Tokai Bus and get off at "Shimoda Park."
