Fukushima in Winter❄️🇯🇵

Ouchi-juku in Minamiaizu, Fukushima Prefecture, is an Edo period post town with thatched-roof houses lined up along the road.
It continues to preserve the scenery that makes you feel like you've traveled back in time to the Edo period, and people still live there as stores and residences.
(There was even a nameplate on the edge of the store.)
As it is designated as a nationally designated important traditional buildings preservation district, there is a principle of "not selling, not renting, not destroying." I learned about the efforts of the people who live here to protect the traditional scenery.
When I visited in mid-February, the whole place was covered in snow.
It was a very beautiful view. ✨ The weather was good and the reflection was dazzling, so sunglasses are a must. 🕶️
