Osaka Shinsaibashi|This Kobe Beef Yakiniku is Truly Amazing

#OsakaFoodGuide
📍Exit 5 of Shinsaibashi Station, a 1-minute walk from Daimaru PARCO.

While shopping with friends at Daimaru, we accidentally discovered this newly opened yakiniku restaurant by the roadside during lunchtime, with fresh flowers displayed at the entrance. The interior features a bar counter and regular seating, with a clean and tidy environment.

The menu offers both à la carte and set meals, with set meals starting at 6,000 yen. For 10,000 yen, you can enjoy top-quality Kobe beef, including rare cuts like Chateaubriand steak.

We ordered a set meal with 15 dishes, paired with an all-you-can-drink sake option, totaling 15,000 yen. The diaphragm sashimi, premium salted beef tongue, and Kobe beef truffle sukiyaki were tender and delicate, clearly top-grade quality with every bite. The seared wagyu sushi and grilled beef were prepared live in front of us, perfectly cooked, and served with raw egg yolk and crushed peanuts for an exceptional taste. Special praise goes to the Chateaubriand steak, which was aromatic and flavorful when paired with mustard or Korean kimchi!

The all-you-can-drink sake lets you choose from beautiful cups and taste 10 kinds of Japanese sake. While enjoying yakiniku, you can experience the layered flavors of sake, from the fruity and fragrant "Shinkai" to the rich and dry "Kubota," each one impressive. Whether you are a sake lover or want to try Japanese sake flavors, it’s definitely worth a try. The restaurant is thoughtful, clearly marking which sake pairs best with each type of grilled meat.
