Wonderful Private Villa: Blanchette Nanki Shirahama, Wakayama Prefecture

During my summer vacation in July, I stayed at a wonderful, completely private villa, Blanchette Nanki Shirahama.

Each villa was its own room, making it a glamping-like hotel stay.

There were a variety of houses, from colorful to pure white, and it was so much fun walking around until I found myself there.

I was surprised when I saw the inside of my room. It was so comfortable and clean. It truly was a private villa.

There were two beds, both larger than a semi-double, so we were able to relax very comfortably.

And then...the long-awaited jacuzzi!

I love rooms with jacuzzis. You can relax in a private space, and best of all, you can use it whenever you want.

I think many people are hesitant to stay in a room with a jacuzzi because they have the impression of being quite expensive.

This villa cost about 50,000 yen for two people, including breakfast and dinner. As I'll introduce later, dinner was amazing, so it felt like a great deal.

Another thing I like about this villa is the private garden.

When I travel to Japan, my travel style is to enjoy my accommodations to the fullest, so I spend a lot of time at my accommodations.

So, after taking a break, I basked in the sun in this garden while my boyfriend was sleeping.

It was a very stylish space, and it really refreshed my mind.

During this COVID-19 pandemic, I highly recommend this place to stay. It even has a jacuzzi, so you can relax here all day.

And, and...! Having stayed in many hotels, what surprised me the most was dinner (and breakfast, of course).

It was a buffet, and the variety was incredibly extensive. From steak and sushi to caviar.

I was amazed to see all the dishes from a first-class course meal lined up.

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for buffets in hotels up until now, but this place was in a league of its own.

Even if you search for other hotels, I don't think you'll find many places where you can enjoy such a satisfying breakfast and dinner.

We both ate so much that we were practically hungry.
