Xiangji Temple is considered the center of the Pure Land Buddhism (净土宗) in China, with a history spanning over 1,000 years. Originally built during the Tang Dynasty, it serves as a sacred site for preserving Buddhist relics.
Though not very large, the temple offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal place for chanting and meditation.
Highlights of the temple include the Grand Hall of the Buddha and the stunning statue of Amitabha Buddha.
