Novotel Marina Sriracha & Koh Si Chang

First of all, we wanted to cross to Koh Sichang because we had never crossed there before. So we chose Novotel because it was the newest and it was a hotel in the Accor group which already had good standards. Most importantly, the hotel’s current promotion was buy 1 get 1 free, which was a great deal because we were traveling with 2 friends. The price was good and we got a Premier Villa which was a very large room that was perfect for a party.

Let me review it in sections.
⛴Starting with crossing the island, the hotel has both sides: Sriracha and the island. We chose to stay on the island side. You can park your car on the Sriracha side, which is the safest. Plus, the hotel has a shuttle van that goes around the Koh Loi pier. Or if you want to be more comfortable, you can choose to take the hotel’s speedboat, but it costs 600 baht per person. We think that’s too expensive.

🏝Crossing to the island, we rented a motorbike for 300 baht with a full tank of gas. We drove to the hotel which was not far from the pier. The hotel on the island is very private, quiet, and has complete facilities: spa, fitness, and swimming pool with a beautiful view that is really relaxing. However, the downside is that you can’t swim at the beach because it’s full of rocks. However, overall, we think it’s really good. If you really want to relax, I recommend this place.

🏠The room is quite spacious. For the room type we chose, it was a villa with 2 bedrooms next to each other. It was clean, the bed was soft, and the air conditioner was very cool. All the staff provided good service. However, the room only had twin beds, no king beds. We had to push the beds together or call the housekeeper to help.

Overall, we would give this accommodation a score of 9/10.
If you want to relax in peace, I highly recommend this place.
