Sidi Bou Said is a picturesque coastal town in northern Tunisia, situated about 20 km northeast of Tunis. Renowned for its distinctive whitewashed buildings adorned with blue doors and window frames, the town offers stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea.

Named after the 13th-century Sufi saint Abu Said al-Baji, who established a sanctuary there, Sidi Bou Said has evolved into a haven for artists and travelers alike.

We went in January, where temperatures were in the low teens but we still enjoyed the beautiful views and lovely cafes in town. Will definitely visit again in the Summer!
