Temples of Cambodia!

How to get around: It's best to book a tour or find a local guide when you are visiting the temples. They will take you around and share a lot of information that you might otherwise miss out on.

Must-see attractions: Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm, Bayon Temple. The most famous of all is Angkor Wat. Built in early 12th Century, it is considered the largest religious monument. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Ta Prohm is known as the Tomb Raider temple. The temple has not been restored like many other temples. This has allowed the jungle to reclaim it with massive fig and silk cotton trees growing out of and over the temples walls.

Bayon Temple is immediately recognizable from it's mysterious stone faces. There are over 200 smiling faces carved into numerous towers.
