[Hotel Sigiriya Village] Overnight stay before Sigiriya Rock

Address: Sigiriya Village Hotel PO Box No.01, Sigiriya, 21120, Sri Lanka. Atmosphere/Facilities: Sri Lankan style hotel, air conditioning, hot shower Recommended points: The location was great! It is located about a 5-minute drive from Sigiriya Rock, and check-out is at 12 o'clock, so you can climb Sigiriya Rock first thing in the morning, come back, have breakfast, and go swimming in the pool. Even if you don't climb Sigiriya Rock, you can take photos from the best location, so it's a good idea to spend your time relaxing. It's a villa type with a large site, and there are wild animals here and there, such as iguanas, chameleons, and owls, which you can see if the time and timing are right! (There were iguanas there lol) Also, both breakfast and dinner were very delicious. You can add dinner for an additional payment of around 2,500 yen, and you can eat whatever you like in a buffet style. There are plenty of meals other than curry so that even those who don't like spicy food can eat it. (The curry was the best lol)
At night, especially since it's a local tourist spot, there are almost no places to eat out. Also, please be careful as you will be attacked by wild elephants and you will be told not to walk outside the premises.

*There is Hotel Sigiriya right next door, and the names are almost the same, so it can be confusing, but try searching for Sigiriya Village lol!
