Get to know Gardens By The Bay

Gardens by the Bay is a large nature park located next to the Marina Reservoir. It was created from the vision of the National Parks Board of Singapore to create a vibrant urban garden. It is filled with a variety of plants from around the world, ranging from cool and warm climate species to tropical forests. The entire design of Gardens by the Bay was inspired by the Vanda Miss Joaquim orchid, the national flower of Singapore, named after its breeder, Miss Agnes Joaquim.

How to get to Gardens By The Bay

MRT: The most convenient way to get here is by train. There are 2 MRT stations near Gardens By The Bay:
MRT Bayfront Station (CE1|DT16): Located at the Marina Bay Sands building, you can walk across to Gardens By The Bay. If you want to go to the giant Supertree Grove, we recommend getting off here.
MTY Gardens by the Bay Station (TE22), Exit 1: It is closer to Gardens By The Bay and also near Marina Barrage.
