
Shenyang Northeast Asia Ski Resort is located in Shenyang National Forest Park in Magang Township, Xinchengzi District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, 28 kilometers away from the urban area of Shenyang. It is the largest ski resort with the most snow trails in the province. It is also a large-scale leisure and entertainment venue integrating tourism, fitness, entertainment, and leisure vacations.
In November 2007, it was named one of the "Top Ten Ski Resorts in China" and "Consumers' Favorite Ski Resort".
This area, the southern end of Northeast China's Changbai Mountain, is dominated by natural forests, forming a transition zone between the Changbai and North China floras. Over 95% of the area is covered by trees, creating a unique landscape. Over a thousand rare plant species thrive here, along with over a hundred species of wildlife and over ten bird species.
The beautiful natural environment has also created many typical natural landscapes: Shuangquan Ancient Well, Jiuzi Panlong Pine, Longtan Waterfall, Fengchi, Nantianmen, Shiren Mountain, Shenyang's First Peak, etc.
Northeast Asia Ski Resort has various standard venues, namely: a 100-meter bicycle venue; a 100-meter luge venue; a 200-meter snow tube venue; a 300-meter sledding venue; a 400-meter teaching venue; a 750-meter intermediate ski slope; 750-meter and 800-meter advanced ski slopes; a 1,200-meter comprehensive ski slope; and 2,200-meter and 3,600-meter sightseeing ski slopes.
Equipped with three tow ropes and one aerial cableway, the excellent natural site and complete facilities are fully capable of hosting national-level individual skiing competitions.

The resort offers occasional evening skiing sessions with illuminated slopes and seasonal events, but regular night operations are limited.
The resort can be crowded on weekends, public holidays, and peak winter months. Weekdays and early mornings are generally less crowded.
